Welcome to our first weekend of the 23/24 season – Ptarmigan, Hooter, and Porcupine are now open every operating day. It’s the type of snow you know and have been waiting to rip all year – blowing snow at the nest and heavier, slightly sticky snow towards the base. The snow on the upper mountain has been holding great, and there are still plenty of pow stashes to be found. The groomers have been hard at work this week to get you access to as many power-tilled options as possible. This past week patrol was able to open the Hooter and Porcupine lifts as well as East Bowl, West Bowl, and Pittman’s Ridge! There’s something for everyone up at Eaglecrest.
