The Eaglecrest Board of Directors will have three open seats with terms beginning July 1st. Applications must be submitted by close of business on Monday, June 3rd.
“Eaglecrest’s Board of Directors shall consist of seven members appointed by the assembly to serve without compensation for staggered three-year terms. Members of the board shall serve at the pleasure of the assembly. Terms shall commence on July 1. No board member, or member of a board member’s immediate family or household, may be employed by the Eaglecrest.”
