While we faired much better than anticipated from the wet and warm weather earlier this week, Mother Nature has not provided us with adequate snow to open this weekend. There’s a wintery mix coming down at the base while the upper mountain continues to collect snow.
Since we know there will be a ton of folks coming up to hike the mountain and play in the snow this weekend, we have a bunch of things going on at the base area! Stop by Porcupine or Fish Creek Lodge this weekend to see what’s happening:
- Eaglecrest Grill is open to cook food from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM Saturday and Sunday.
- 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM Breakfast
- 10:30 AM – 3 PM Lunch
- 3 PM – 3:30 PM Fryer Only
- Retail & Repair Shop is open from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pass printing at the ticket windows (find your card to avoid the $5 re-print fee)
- Rental Shop is open for pre-fits
- Mountain Lift Coffee open

We are thrilled to see snow return to the mountain as of 12/15. Depending on where temperatures land this coming week, we may be able to get some lifts turning next week. Since we know there will be a ton of folks coming up to hike anyway, we wanted to give everyone plenty to do at Eaglecrest and make sure pass holders are set up for success by the time lifts are turning.
