Every year, the National Ski Area Association (NSAA) conducts a National Demographic Survey to help define our customers on a national basis and identify areas to improve.
The unique challenges faced by the ski industry in the 2020-2021 season emphasize the importance of understanding the demographics of snowsports participants to provide better products, services, and support during a year when outdoor recreation has become so much more important.
