Water service has been fully restored to our lodges. Bathrooms are now fully operational, and the water is safe to drink.

Restoring full service was not a quick fix or a single solution. It required careful planning, technical expertise, and steady collaboration across multiple teams, often working in challenging conditions and timelines. We want to express an immense thank you to CBJ Facilities Maintenance, CBJ Emergency Program, Harri Plumbing & Heating Inc., Taku Plumbing & Heating LLC, Alaska Waste, Tyler Rental Inc., and Alaska Pure Mountain Spring Water. They each played a critical role in diagnosing issues, supporting infrastructure needs, and ensuring systems were brought back online safely and correctly. We also want to thank our Mountain Operations team and Ski Patrol. They supported access, logistics, and day-to-day coordination that made the work possible.

We also want to thank our community for your patience and understanding throughout this process. We know the impact this had on daily operations and on your experience at the mountain. Your support gave us the space to take the time needed to fix the issue thoroughly and responsibly.

We’re grateful for the people who stepped up, the crews who put in the work behind the scenes, and the community that trusted us to see it through. With water fully restored, we’re grateful to be back to full service and focused on the season ahead.
