Close out the season the Eaglecrest way at the Hatchback Hootenanny on April 12th, the final day of the season! Join us for a fun, laid-back celebration in the parking lot as we squeeze in those last turns and soak up the best of spring skiing in Juneau.
This year, we’re celebrating in honor of Eaglecrest’s 50th Anniversary, so dig into your closet and bring out your vintage Eaglecrest gear or your best anniversary swag. From retro jackets to classic logos, it’s the perfect chance to show off your Eaglecrest history and mountain pride. Can’t find anything, we have sweet new 50th gear at the Retail Shop at Eaglecrest.
After a full day on the slopes, head down to the base area and keep the energy going with an end-of-day community cookout. Bring your grill, your crew, and your favorite chair, and settle in for a relaxed evening of food, music, and mountain camaraderie. Whether you’re cooking up your own feast or just hanging out with friends, the Hatchback Hootenanny is all about coming together to celebrate an incredible season.
From 3:00–5:00 PM, enjoy live music by the RainDogs out front of the Porcupine Lodge as the sun dips and the après scene comes alive. It’s the perfect way to wind down a full day of skiing and riding, surrounded by the Eaglecrest community.
Guests are encouraged to make the most of the festive atmosphere, fire up your grill, relax in the parking lot, and embrace the spirit of the day. Wear your Eaglecrest pride-vintage pieces, throwback styles, or your new favorite anniversary swag and help us celebrate 50 years on the mountain.
