How’s your winter going? We lost count of the “best day(s) ever!”
There are five weeks left in the season and Eaglecrest has now received 384” of snow, well above its annual average of 320″. Eaglecrest’s snowfall record is 640” from 2011-12 season.
This snowy stretch of weather started on February 17, immediately following Lift Maintenance staff’s herculean efforts to reopen Ptarmigan Chairlift after it sustained unfortunate weather damage on February 11.
Call it good karma. It proceeded to snow 52″ in 10 days before reaching an insane 96″ snowfall total in a 16-day span. Just got another 8″ on Saturday, so we are feeling pretty spoiled. There is so much snow up here!
Closing Day is Sunday, April 11, so there’s still plenty of winter and spring left on the mountain. Save money at the ticket window by purchasing a Flex Pass or Multi-Visit Card!
