Good Morning and Happy Sunday!
Thank you all for coming up and braving the wintery mix, and soft snow with us yesterday. The good news is, the precipitation has subsided this morning, while we just have some overcast skies and 5-10 mph winds. It’s 35 degrees at the base, so we’re still warmer than we’d like but that just means soft snow, corned turns, and skiing in a rainforest!
Porcupine Chairlift will be operating from 9AM - 3PM today with Dolly Varden and Muskeg as your groomed trails. No People's Park today. Come on up and shred the best human-made snow in all of Southeast Alaska.
The Eaglecrest Grill is open and here for your mid-day meal break, be sure to stop in and see what they have to offer!
