The Ticket Office, Snowsports School, and Ski Shop will be open with service provided through outdoor windows. All visitors must first check-in at the Ticket Office window. Advanced reservations are required for Snowsports School lessons.
If you want to rent skiing or snowboarding equipment this season, you must:
- Book a pre-fitting reservation. Call (907) 790-2000 x211 or email us.
- Once you are pre-fitted, call or email us one day in advance so staff can have your equipment ready for your arrival at the mountain!

Eaglecrest Grill will be open. Place food orders at the outside service window, located on the north side of the Fish Creek Lodge, and pick them up at the deck! The Tower Bar and Mountain Lift Coffee are currently closed. We are still waiting for tents and heaters to arrive for our warming stations.
