It was a snowy and befitting Alaska Day for Eaglecrest, a healthy reminder that rain at sea level means snow in the mountains! We are off to a great start. The snow started falling again this morning, and there’s now 5″ at the top of Ptarmigan Chairlift! Check out the webcams here.
If you haven’t already purchased a Season Pass or Flex Pass, Tier 2 prices are in effect through November 8, 2020. You can still buy early and save!
Students in Grades 1-4 and Grades 6-12 can still apply for a FREE season pass through the Hilary Lindh Scholarship! As always, all Juneau area 5th Graders receive free lift tickets through the 5th Grade Passport program.

The Rental Shop is now open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Face coverings and reservations are required! Please call or email to make an appointment!
Why get pre-fitted?
- If you are not comfortable with being inside buildings or are at high risk, this was designed for you! Guests who are pre-fitted will not have to come inside the Rental Shop. They will be able to pick up rental equipment each day from the Rental Shop’s NEW outside service window on the Porcupine Lodge’s slopeside deck, accessed via the NEW exterior stairs
- If Eaglecrest is operating in Phase 3 of the COVID-19 Operations Plan, rental equipment will only be available for guests who are pre-fitted. Walkup customers will not be able to rent equipment during Phase 3 operations.
